I don't know much about scholarships/fellowships, although I know in general Ph.D students can get funding relatively easier than Master students. For now you probably have to check the programs in these universities/colleges one by one to find out the funding opportunities and I am sure the funding...

Note that most of these companies provide GPR rental services, too. Although the prices of the GPR equipments have gotten much lower compared to those of years ago, the cost is still high, especially for those applications with limited budgets such as some archaeology projects.
